  • Where do I find the link to download TWS?

    1.Please head to the Broking Account heading on your education dashboard 2.Then Your TWS Broking Account 3.Select the green download button. Your log in details for TWS are the exact same as Interactive Brokers.

  • What is TWS?

    TWS stands for Trader Work Station, which is the desktop version of Interactive Brokers. This is the platform Andrew will be using to show you how to do your charts, watchlists etc.

  • How do I reset my password for AIE Education?

    If you are already logged in, under Trader Support click Client Profile and update your password. Or if you have forgotten your Password please click forgot your password on the Members Area Login page. The system will then send you an email with a link to reset your password.

  • Where do I locate Brokerage Fees?

    On our website www.australianinvestmenteducation.com.au down the bottom of the page will be a heading titled FSG where you can locate the fee structure.

  • Do I need to be signed up to Market Data Subscription?

    It is not a requirement to be signed up to Market Data, this subscription is directly through Interactive Brokers and allows you to get data immediately as opposed to the free version being 20 minutes delayed.

  • Does the Education ever expire?

    No, you have lifetime access to the course and can rewatch the content as many times as you need.

  • Can I use MTA on a computer?

    My Trading Advisor (MTA) is unfortunately only compatible with phones, you can download this on your App Store or Google Playstore the app is titled mytradingadvisor with a white background & 2 green overlapping diamonds.

  • Is the Education available on an App?

    Unfortunately the Education is only available via the website, however you can watch this on a computer, Phone or Ipad
