1. Log In
Go to interactivebrokers.com.au and click Portal Login (Website) in the top right.
2. Open Account Settings
Click the head and shoulders icon in the top-right.
Select Settings.
From the menu, choose Account Trading Permissions.
3. Add Stock Permissions
In the Stocks section, tick:
Australia
USA
Click Continue
Select Level 3
Confirm your changes.
4. Add Options Permissions
Scroll to the Options section.
Tick:
Australia
USA
Click Continue
Select Level 3
Confirm your changes again.
5. Complete Agreement and Questionnaire
Click Continue when prompted again.
Sign the required form.
Click OK.
You'll be required to complete:
The Risk Questionnaire
The Concentration Risk Questionnaire
Important: Answer these questionnaires carefully using the suggested responses provided by your advisor or compliance team. This improves your approval likelihood for Options trading.
6. Wait for Activation
It can take up to 24 hours for changes to take effect.
