How to create Statements Reports

1. Access the Reports Section

  • Log into your Trading Account Management Portal

  • Click on Performance & Reports

  • From the second column, click Statements


2. Run a Standard Activity Statement

  • Click the forward arrow next to the Activity Statement

  • In the pop-up:

    • Choose the desired time period (week, month, year)

    • Set the date range

    • Set the format to PDF

    • Choose your preferred language

  • Click Run



3. Create a Custom Statement

If you need a report with specific information only (e.g. dividends, commissions, trades):

  • Go to Performance & Reports > Statements

  • Click the Plus (+) button to create a custom template

  • Title your statement

  • Leave Statement Type as “Activity”

  • Tick the sections you want to include

Example for a Dividend Statement:

  • Account Information

  • Change in Dividend Accruals

  • Combined Dividends

  • Dividends

  • Open Dividend Accruals

  • Payment in Lieu of Dividends

    4. Final Configuration and Generation

    Under Section Configuration, defaults can be kept.

    Under Delivery Configuration:

    • Set Format to PDF

    • Choose the reporting period

    Then:

    • Click Continue

    • Review and click Create

    • On the Statements page, click the arrow to Run your custom report
