How to Update Your Personal Information

You can update your personal information directly through the Client Portal or by contacting support via email

Update via Client Portal

  1. Log into the Client Portal

  2. Click the User menu (head and shoulders icon) in the top right corner

  3. Select Settings

  4. Under Account Settings, find the Account Profile section

  5. Click on the profile you want to edit

  6. Update your information and proceed as follows:

  • If you do not use two-factor authentication, you will receive a confirmation number via email

  • Enter the confirmation number, then click Continue

  • If you didn’t receive the code, click Request Confirmation Number

  • Once done, click OK


Update via Email

You can also request changes by emailing support. Be sure to include:

  • Your Account ID

  • A summary of the information you would like to update

  • A copy of an ID document verifying your identity

Accepted file formats: .pdf, .jpg, .jpeg, .png
