How to Update Your Mobile Phone Number

You can update and verify your mobile phone number through the Client Portal by following the steps below.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Log into the Client Portal

  2. Click the User menu (head and shoulders icon in the top right corner), then select Settings

  3. Under User Settings, go to the Communication section

  4. Click Mobile Number

  5. Click the Edit (pencil) icon next to your current mobile number

  6. Enter the updated number and click Continue

  7. Click Verify β€” a validation code will be sent to your new mobile number

  8. Enter the code in the Confirmation Number field

  9. Click Continue to submit the code

  10. Click Continue again to exit the Configure & Confirm Mobile Numbers page
