Full name (individuals)
Company name and ACN/ABN (if applicable)
Your IB account number
Declaration and Agreement
You are requesting to be treated as a Professional Investor, acknowledging:You will no longer receive retail protections (e.g. FSGs, PDSs, EDR rights)
You understand the legal and financial implications
You may be asked to provide additional documentation
Eligibility Criteria (at least one must apply):
You hold or control gross assets of at least AUD $10 million
You are a trustee of a super fund with net assets ≥ AUD $10 million
You are an AFSL holder or a related body corporate of one
You are an APRA-regulated body, listed entity, or foreign equivalent
Supporting Documentation (required)
Attach supporting documents such as:Audited financials showing assets
Tax returns
Statements confirming control or ownership
Sign and submit the form
Sign as an individual, director, or trustee
If under power of attorney, confirm authority
Include a Declaration of Controllers if using controlled entities or trusts
